Leather Ski Patrol Glove £25 (includes P&P to UK - 1st Class Royal Mail) These gloves have been the preserve of French locals for years. Worn by many French ski instructors, lift operators and the ski patrol... They are fully padded and made from full grain cowhide leather, which makes them very strong yet thick, soft and breathable. The full grain leather gives the gloves excellent abrasion, cut and tear resistance. The faux sheep wool lining is comfortable and provides the gloves with incredible thermal insulation.
We have pre-treated each pair of gloves with Granger's Leather Glove Balm, to ensure the leather is conditioned, soft and smooth. Each pair has also been treated with Nikwax Glove Proof to waterproof them. Every pair has also been leather stamped with the John Mogul bear. These gloves are workman's gloves, you will not find another ski glove that is as durable, warm and hard wearing for this price. However, please bear in mind that because the leather is natural, there are some variations in the grain. With time and use, they will only get softer and more supple. The ski patrol gloves are 30cm in length meaning they can be easily tucked up inside a ski jacket. They have an elasticated cuff and are easy to take on and off, so you can grab your phone out of your pocket on the chairlift. They also have a clip fastener, so you can attach them to one another. These gloves get better the longer you have them. There is a reason all of the French lifties and ski patrol wear them. We love them, they look cool, keep you hands warm and are so tough.
